Her presentation is very good. And she is a highly skilled magician.
The trick is however a very simple one that beginners will know.
She used a trick envelop with the selected card already inside. That is why she ask them to put in the envelop instead of face down on the table. When you tear the envelop the card planted inside envelop comes out and the card selected by the judges is stuck inside
I have performed this trick before and still have some envelopes left.
The envelopes can be purchased online on Amazon and are called utility switch envelop...

How do you explain the initial part
Where her seven cards she picked matches the cards that Terry picked
She even asked Terry if he wants more cards, which Terry said no
What happens if Terry picked more cards? Mmmmmmm.....

Her setup took too long. Nowadays audiences have very short attention spans. For a magic trick to win on such shows, the awe factor must be apparent within the first couple of minutes and then be sustained with even more wows.
