Meanwhile the subway in Hanoi (Built by Chinese company) has been up and running for 2 years already. Every time I visite HCMC I saw construction going on in the city centre. Why like that?d

The latest news says the subway will be completed by end of the year and ready for public service in 2024. Looks like nowadays Japanese are not as efficient as Chinese.
