Actually all can be done on smart phones. There must be some gd reasons for not doing so.

What the use end of the day? Pay ERP Still can stuck in the traffic jam. Should increase to 10 bucks per entry.

Stupid system. Install 3 devices in the car just to collect money. Current situation shows no erp and the traffic smooth. The purpose of erp is just a scam to collect money.
