Pigeon meat can eat correct? So govt issue licence allow companies to cull the pigeon and then kill and cook their meat to sell and make monies. 一举两得

No doubt there are " some " go feed bird but can't put all the blame on that.
Look how many trees been chop off , land been clear for property and MORE property ??

Pigeons disappeared mostly crows
flying food with it’s peak and landed on top of the lampost.
