Really must understand how our local media works. Why this case wasn’t indicate as 0-16 years old.

They are between 16 and 50 years old.
Handed over their WhatsApp p/w and even SingPass for money.
As for the kiddo, I might think he's well, a kid. But if they are in their 30s, 40s and even 50...? These are not simpler minded PGs who are illiterate and trusted people to open their letters and read the contents to them. These are Gen X and Y, xoomers and yoomers who are educated.
