6 m is about limit already. even with the new island it does not increased the capacity.
the limit is the place that people like to go. not just housing.
i want a landed property. so is many others can provided that? not quite possible.
no point talking about increasing population when building go 50 story. one day when electricity failed. one will find no water. very hard to climb all the way to go home etc.
more and more lift and pump also means short of people of these skill.

This plan will only increase 60,000 homes. If it is 600,000 homes then there's a remote chance of meeting the 10 mil target. 60,000 homes are not enough.
