One can of beer at 3pm, accident after 9pm... 6 hours yet alcohol level so high?? If really just one can of beer cannot be leh... His kidney and liver failed him? 6 hours cannot process the alcohol?? One can of beer don't give you that high alcohol level leh...

Whether it was one can or 10 cans or half can or big can or small can, that is not important.  Also whether it was one hour or 12 hours after drinking is not important. The important evidence is he drank alcohol, smell strongly of alcohol and was drunk when he drove.

Lack of manpower to enforce, we can understand. But this kind of self walked in one, why don’t give a 1x 100 to get him off the road once and for all? The road doesn’t need such driver.
