The 20-year-old visited the park with a group of friends on Sunday evening, and went for a swim in the sea with one of them.

I think got water ghosts go around looking for substitute to take their place so they can go reborn.

So it means water ghost regardless of age as long as can find substitute will go drag so they can go reborn.
