It's very hard to make a name for yourself if you say or do something where your chances of being right is 1%
In this case, it's 50% wor. It's either China will be Lumbar Huan or it will not. 50/50.

The problem with sgbutt is that he always thinks that those 'experts' are always right. Not the case. In fact, they are often wrong than right. They make a bold prediction, and people remember that one time they got it correct.
Don't blindly believe in experts.
