You are Out dated still think they are poor? FYI They are rich. But one you noticed quite a lot of them work in public sectors. Wages and bonus always there. Most of them own car too , HDB flat also deco , renovate very nice hor.
they also travel also , even go Europe etc western countries.
PAP mindset maybe still think Scammer are those low educated one but is isn't so. Now a days Scammers are Highly educated this is why they smart to ride , milk from Govt policy like GST rebate, SG Life , etc programs to scam people.
