Below is 2022 prices ....$1.20 for Taiwan sausage and $1.5p for cheese sausage.
Prices shot up by 30% in one year!!!

Recently I just bring my weight down from 67kg to below 62kg. I also find it amazing for myself .
Exercise more, you can eat more.
Best way to lose weight is to change your eating style. Sure lose weight, I have already tried.

Losing weight if you are overweight is good. But losing weight if you are not overweight will pose health problems.
You'd need to look at your height as well. Not just your weight nia. Both must go hand in hand, which is why doctors would look at your BMI rather than weight alone.
Also, if you are a bodybuilder, you would weigh more than someone who is not, who has the same height, because muscles are pretty heavy, and certainly much heavier than fat.
So what's your height? If you are 1.8 m and weigh less than 62 kg....hmm, better be careful. But if you are 1.5 m weighing less than 62 kg. well, it depends on how much less it is.

It's not really due to GST as many peepur claimed.. It's the US-China trade war, the Russian-Ukraine erm...Special Military Operations, and now the Israel-Palestine war will only make it worse.
