when the mrt line fr spore to jb n another 2 more towns are running in ard 2-3 yrs time many retail shops(on shopping n makan) will be struggling as going to johore is just a breeze away
jam is a past hindrance making travelling to n fro much easier.
same as in hk the retailers are crying becos hk people spend in shenzhen becos of cheapness there.
