No surprised. Powell last time claim " will not increase interest rate in 2024 BUT he claim see first "
keyword, he claim See First already you tell he might increase again this year whereby a lot claim will not since he say so.

Like that unlikely to shave 6 times in 2024 leow.
But this is kind of expected as inflation remains above 2% in US.
Even if inflation slows down to 2% or below, that means the inflated prices will be the new norm. I find this "inflation is good because it encourages investment economic theory" not that great.
