I suppose it depends on the type of car you drive and the age of the driver.
High performance cars will definitely costs higher for claims in accidents.

Mine $845 full ncb + 5% loyal customer from ntuc insurance, comprehensive coverage. Find it a bit ex, mulling to change next year.
