DBS really stands for Delhi Banking System.
Notice how services can be restored only after the start of the working day in India (2.5 hrs behind SG). Now is morning tea break time in Delhi, so system down again.

DBS ahnehs really talk cock. Early early this morning I already tried and it was down. Maybe these ahneh want to placate their superiors but the system was down almost all the way. Ptui
