Tiagong my friend in air industry said that they have been hiring many newbies in maintenance team since pandemic over...because those experienced ones getting lesser and lesser...

Maybe the experienced ones had joined the air force in wars. But other airlines shd hv the same problems, why only boeing?

Retirement yes but if pandemic then may not be. After all, US has the highest number of deaths during the pandemic.
