The Iraqi armed group Kataib Hezbollah, which is allied with Iran, announced on Tuesday that it would suspend all military operations against the US military in the region in order to prevent the Iraqi government from being "embarrassed."

Suspension or truce or ceasefire or for whatever reasons humanitarian aid to get in is just a ploy to replenish, redeploy ammunitions, reinforced positions.
