Gan was speaking to the media during a visit to AsiaOne's office on Wednesday, together with members of a tripartite workgroup formed last year to develop a set of guidelines on FWAs in Singapore.

The only flexible work arrangement I have is that my boss can summon me to see him anytime and anywhere he wishes at the 11th hour!

for MOM their agenda is ridiculous competitiveness with the uncontrolled influx of PAP FTs
