after air and water..............salt is the 3rd most important ingredient for human survival...............i always feel more energetic when i drink water with salt several times a day...........each time - at least 2 grams of salt.........

many singaporean are lack of salt
moh keep telling pple less salt less salt
but we live in a hot climate
we sweat alot
sweat is losing salt
no wonder so many got diabetes/high blood
potassium will remove excess salt
but many pple dont take green veggie which has potassium
