A review by the Ministry of Finance (MOF) has found that six government agencies had been wrongly charging Goods and Services Tax (GST) on 18 regulatory fees.

Why no parliament committee of inquiry into such incompetency?

7.5m is no small sum. If WP they would have been jailed.
