Just hope that this South African/ Botswana virus do not come to our shores.....if it does we are going to have a hard time battling it....

Then is wrong strategy, should be find the nasal inhibitors.
It works for all variants.
If the virus is greatly different from what is taught to the body, it would not recognize it.
No matter how many antibodies produced, most will escape if not all.
That is vaccine limitations.
