Since just answer the question or is he hiding something?
2.How does they project no need to raise till 2030?
3. What sort of gap have they closed up?
4. Since it is a projection does that mean I'm between now till 2030 they won't raise GST?
5. If needed what sort of revenue will they looking at to raise to cover the gap?

2017 & 2018, 30% water hike not enough

so must increase another 18%
