Never know that there are more money in the wallet. Likely they are related to those cancelled items not available. To withdraw, you have to download Lazada wallet.
Last time Shopee also gave coupons. But if you used it, the items are again not available, the coupon can be gone until you complain to them.

I never check if they refund with coupon
Impt is money refunded
If use PayLah takes 12 hours sometimes 20 days
If use wallet money cannot transfer back to bank if unused bu fast refund

I either use paynow or a credit card for payment. For Lazada and Shopee should always use credit cards though paynow is always cheaper. A number of cancellations.

Click the amount, fill in the Bank name, Name and Account number. click Accept Terms and Conditions. click... withdraw. The balance is now zero. Will have to wait to see whether the other side received it... the next day.
