A large group of riders was seen doing this recently. By law, motorists should not stop by the road shoulder except in an emergency.

I have seen motocycles by- pass the carpark gantry
He just zoom over the grass, over the pavement, cut into the traffic light
and then disappear.

It is usually done by despatch and food delivery riders.
