Ahh, this . Friend brought me to try this during my former hwz days.
Surprisingly it beats SG's top 5 hm. But it's KwayTeow needs improvement.
Driving via TPE,KJE is a bother though & only goes there when I'm tired of the Bedok & Eunos ones.
Guess that place no longer known for just that half-past-6 morning carrot cake.
