GLC $59 mio bribery exposed in World's 5th least corrupted Singapore - Scythian - 29-03-2024
Suddenly so many corruption cases being exposed of late, why not earlier.?
Example
Today 2024, 2 GLC top Executives involving S$59 mio in Brazil corruption between 2009 and 2014 being charged - bribery happened more than 13 years ago.
Such an enormous amount of S$59 mio were disbursed by GLC on who's approval?
Obviously, admin poor inter control and periodic audit - it's reflecting totally lacking checks and balances

"The 2023 Transparency International Corruption Perceptions Index (TI-CPI) has ranked Singapore the 5th least corrupt country in the world out of 180 countries with a score of 83. Singapore maintained the same rank and score from the 2022 TI-CPI, and remained the only Asian country ranked in the top 10.

Thought that Singaporeans are advised to speak out and discuss on issues whether they are rightly or wrongly for the better of everyone..
Here we are trying to question or to correct and putting things in right perspective about TI-CPI researchers questionable (could be misleading) reporting.
Extremely reputable, they should be answerable, not us.

overall I think Sg is clean, Ozie maybe not far behind.

If they say after detail investigation, sembmarine didnt do anything wrong in Brazil , we will also believe them too becoz we actually don't know anything.
