4月1日起水价正式上调，受访咖啡摊贩指这可能会导致成本高出一成，但他们不打算把上涨的成本转嫁给消费者。部分摊贩认为，控制水费开支也取决于平常节约用水。

Some hawkers will also said sure increase the tea/coffee price to match the water price....Price up never come down even later PUB decrease the water price lah...so if got another epidemic don't need to pity them by reducing their rental fees....? (I think only)
