people said people believe. in the err for safety since money small small only.
people make money out of the art etc. and is a type of economy.

so how to removed without people making noise. as long as no major problem is leave it.
maybe limit amount to burn to reduce smog.

cause as people get rich tendency is to burn more and more. even if they no believe need to catch face.
