so that citizens can fill- up those jobs and
those who wants to go back to work can fill- up the $4k - $8k jobs available
Otherwise, companies will still hire FTs $#&@#%

draw more people?
For woman who job just gave birth, elderly above 64
part time jobs are more suitable.
Full day may not suitable for them. Be for children or health.

Part time jobs must also be flexible in terms of hours ie 10am to 4pm or Tuesday to Saturdays. But the bottom line is the pay. Otherwise, young mothers or middle- age would rather stay at home.

is too flexible for most employers. half day take over or handover is easier to control for now.

20 to 39 = young men/women
40 to 59 = middle aged men/women
60 and above = old age
Middle-aged peepur should still work ba?
