What is TPG Australia?
Total Peripherals Group was established in 1986 by Malaysian-born Australian businessman David Teoh.

Singtel did many acquisitions in the past and almost none of them turned out well. At one time, they were anyhow buying some startups that immediately became rubbish. E.g. hungrygowhere.

It means no impact to current and future dividend payouts, the loss is one off.

FY 2024 dividend will take a hit. 3.1bil is about 20% of FY2023 revenue.
