Good to be PR in Sg .....they can buy resale HDB flat later same like Locals Flip high at resale market. If lucky can profit a lot even if see at a lost, they still profit convert Sin dollars to their motherland currency. When they plan to leave SG happy retire in RICH back in their motherland. They can also rent out to fellow friends from their own country.
Whereas for locals got owned, you see off earn profits but also need to find another place if you wanna keep the profits have to choose lousy location and flat. Next you also need to put back some money back into your CPF.
