It's never easy to look after someone because that someone may be too demanding.
Then there are the relatives especially the chewren who could be even more demanding. No matter what you do for their mother, it's never good enough. The entire horsepeter team has to become slaves and still it's not good enough.
So this often led to abuse. Healthcare workers were abused, even physically. But verbal abuses are also very hurting although no external injuries are seen.
The above article is a waste of everybody's taim. I will shred his letter and reply with "You can bring your mother in law elsewhere if you don't like it here".
