MOM wants Company to apply work pass and check Foreigners certificates. It is like asking Accountant to issue cheques to verify the amount stated.

I think that many foreigners won the gambling game.
If they can submit 500 different falsified or unknown degrees and work here, it clearly means the risk is worth it.
