For medicine, 1 yr housemanship about 3+k, junior doc about 4 to 6k plus allowance, senior doc 10 to 25k

That's young doctor couples still need to get bto. Only the senior doc could afford condos

it is top 25%......majority are less than $3500 hor.....many even cant find employment

Many universities courses have no market value. This students, after graduating, cannot find jobs related to their field of studies will end up taking lower paying job.
