Because Al capone era it is easy to cover up crime and he bribe police officials. They finally caught him in a .indirect way for tax evasion.

It is not important whether trump has more charges.He breaks the law and has to be charged because no one is above the law.

Things he did like bribing porn star, instigating riots at Capitol Hill, spreading falsehoods about election, tax evasion, rape etc. These are serious crimes...dont tell me he should be protected.
