Clinic has not call me to follow up yet. But I am damn worried stayed up all night over this problem. Googled to check. All sorts of possible ailments may have caused this problem.

Think need to check one by one to see what is the cause.

Anyone experiencedthus before? How to resolve it?.

Below is what AI says. Better go see a doc to determine the cause.

The presence of red blood cells (RBCs) in your urine, medically known as hematuria, can arise from various underlying conditions. Here's a breakdown of some potential causes:

1. Urinary Tract Issues:

Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs): This is a common cause of hematuria, especially in women. UTIs are infections that can affect any part of the urinary tract, from the kidneys to the urethra. Symptoms like burning sensation during urination, frequent urination, and pelvic pain can accompany blood in the urine.
Kidney Stones: These are hard deposits of minerals that form in the kidneys and can irritate the urinary tract as they pass, causing blood in the urine. You might also experience severe pain in the lower back or abdomen, nausea, and vomiting.
Enlarged Prostate (Men): In men, an enlarged prostate gland can put pressure on the urethra, causing irritation and bleeding. This is more common in older men.
2. Kidney Problems:

Glomerulonephritis: This is an inflammation of the tiny filters in the kidneys that can cause blood cells to leak into the urine.
Kidney Cancer: While less frequent, blood in the urine can be a symptom of kidney cancer. Other potential signs include a persistent dull ache in the side or lower back, blood in the urine that's not associated with a UTI, and unexplained weight loss.
3. Other Causes:

Strenuous Exercise: In some cases, intense physical activity can cause microscopic hematuria (blood cells too small to see without a microscope) appearing in the urine. This is usually temporary and harmless.
Medications: Certain medications, such as blood thinners or some antibiotics, can increase your risk of bleeding, including hematuria.
Medical Conditions: Some other medical conditions like sickle cell anemia or inherited kidney diseases can also cause blood in the urine.
What to Do:

If you notice blood in your urine, it's important to see a doctor to determine the underlying cause. They can perform a urinalysis and other tests to diagnose the problem and recommend the appropriate treatment. Early diagnosis and treatment can help prevent complications.

Here are some additional points to remember:

The severity of the hematuria doesn't necessarily reflect the seriousness of the underlying cause. Even a small amount of blood can be a sign of a significant problem.
Don't ignore blood in your urine. See a doctor to get a proper diagnosis and treatment plan.
I hope this information helps!

Best is don't ownself diagnose the problem! It's dangerous!

Book an appointment with a urologist. To see one ASAP just book as private - you pay more but at least you don't have to go to polyclinic get a referral and then wait for a month to see a specialist

Call directly SGH or TTS (don't go to other structured hospitals) and asked for a Senior Consultant (Urologist) they can actually fix an early appointment but you just need to pay more.

Early intervention is better than late - and money you can earn back anytime but not your life!

Take care!

At your age and single, the most likely cause is excessive rough masturbations which bruises your urinery tract. Just stop watching porns and go get a job and a wife.      Cool

You got any urine problem recently?
My guess is most likely kidney stone. It is common after 40s.

For kidney stone, worst case unable to urine, got to poke a hole behind your back, to release the urine.

Albert Einstein stated everything is energy. This is not philosophy, this is physics. The science of quantum physics has now proven this is the basic fact of our universe.

And it's not just about you but aso what you think, do, happiness and sufferings. So try to get rid of more negativity and acquire more positivity and see what'll happen

Possible reasons:
First time Menstruation
Urinary Infections
Renal Side effects of vaccine

RE: I went for check up and report say I have RBC in urine.. - teaserteam - 08-06-2024

Could be just infection.  Polyclinic should be able to tell from preliminary tests and give anti-biotics;  they can also refer you to a specialist.

I had 4 infections over the past 40 years

The last one was in 2022 after my 4th Pfizer vaccination

It will clear after taking antibiotics

If you did not have sex with a ccbai like ola or prostitutes

Or did not not clean up after masterbation or other unhygienic practices

Or did not have a recent mRNA vaccination

It is likeky a recurring infection, triggered by some medication you took recently

I am surprised ah Jac didn't say anything negative abt ah butt this time.., it must be the effect of the vaccination!

RE: I went for check up and report say I have RBC in urine.. - WhatDoYouThink! - 08-06-2024

For woman's uti, cranberry juice is good. Even doctors recommend it.

For ahbutt, likely too much junk food on top of too much -ve energy.
