My area also has these shop sellers placing outside the yellow box everyday for the past 6 or 7 years. The respective HBD or whoever is in charge never once took any action.

With more wheelchairs and more market trolleys by elderly and maids in the midst of increasing PMAs, going out is a pain during sunny and rainy weather.

If Town Council is so lazy and do not check every week

Then fine $5,000 first time to $10,000 second time

so that shops are scared

All these stalls should get shelves instead of placing their items flatly all over. If they do not have social grace, how can PaP even start working on social compact?
