Likewise the barrel could be pointed at the diner for not having the mindfulness that others have to bear the cost of their extra needs. If everyone goes there asking for extra bowl and it's foc, the stall will run out of bowls very quickly and it adds to cost of biz. Why are consumers not thoughtful and considerate? A hawker stall is not restaurant (ask Vivian) where service charge and gst applies...
