I know of many companies who allow their staff to WFH 2-3 days in a week which is already good enough. I WFH twice a week which would have been even more welcome when my children were younger. Now that they are young adults, I see the 2 days as a welcome break from workplace politics, not having to drive to the office and also much needed solitude to complete my tasks with minimal distraction.
