It's a unit above a shophouse, not a shophouse.

It doesn't hv a proper entrance. You hv to go to the backlane and use the stairs.

So how much you say they pay for it leh?

Depends on the exact location, size and condition lah. Roughly $1500x1000 about 1.5m

You see their place is prime location , After they claim work from home as Private chef than I know why they choose there.

Partly opposite is row of F&B
