During an inspection, an AVA senior executive was shown some electrical distribution generators and told that those were heat pumps.
AVA disbursed S$106,400 to Tan Chee Boon’s company the next month when the company had never bought a heat pump system.

Fish farm. To my shock, he tried to cheat so many times to get grants.
