1. is there any Oil Countermeasures Onboard of marine honour vessels
2. If have why didn't use it ?
3. Any protocol for bunker and tanker for such issues arrive or occur?
4. Did both the vessel involved got any boom onboard?
5. Any crews members there are being trained as emergency response team?
6. Does MPA and PSA got any crews members train as emergency response team?
7. If have what is their initial response?
8. What is timing for such incidents to be under control?
9. Why is there no media reported on the 14th till compliant from the residents?
10. What is timing limit for such incidents to be resort?
11. Is 8 hrs lay boom acceptable?

maritime spore never had any rehearsal on oill spill n also never knows how serious when happened
in us oil spill damages cost >few hundred million
here <10m is peanuts
