Too light a sentence. Recently a guy rape own wife given 8 years and rotan. This guy sold his wife and profit from it but only 20mths??!?

Gave her HIV and later had his baby. Is the baby born with HIV with his consent? The father should be fully responsible for baby’s medical bill and he can prostitute himself to cover the bills.
