My guess is they won't do much that is why Singapore is favorite destination for scammers. Because the police is not proactive unlike other countries.
There's already overwhelming evidence that they were running an illegal and unlicensed investment scam yet the action on police side is underwhelming.

Most people when come to investments, their knowledge are mostly half past six. Good investment rarely hit the common people.
Most common scam is lure out the greed in people by big returns promise or financial freedom crap.
