Teenagers who experience little warmth or parental attention, inconsistent discipline, verbal outbursts and physical punishment in their own homes, are more likely to become bullies. In an effort to find some control over their own lives, bullies attempt to control others who are seen to be weaker than themselves.

In dealing with bullies, you must be fiercer than them. If not, run and fight them again when you are stronger. Worst thing is to stand and let them whack you.

The dominant party in Parliament has been able to enrich itself for decades. Notice that every proposal for a pay increment has never failed. The MIW join politics not to serve, but enrich themselves.
