More to come not surprising. EPIC Rental keep increase here. I feel landlord just trying their luck to see " got any dumb tenant or not to rent it, I even doubt they don't mind those people rent to do money laundering as long they monthly can collect their high rental money " If been caught these people always will say " I don't know , how I know they rent my place to do money laundering ". Likewise also on buying properties and renting landed house , condo.

I think they hire daily rated workers to do the job instead of full time staff.

Any Company in SG can retrench as many as they like
and after 3 or maybe 5 mths later, hire more FTs to replace citizens
This retrenchment excuse can be best used now to displace employees

Whether it is a MNC or SME, companies will find it extremely difficult to survive in SG with the high cost of doing business here.

ONLY GCT IS THE HAPPIEST PERSON NOW IN SPORE AS THERE ARE MORE N MORE RETRENCHMENTS AS HE FEEL SAD WHEN THERE IS NO RRETRENCHEMTS IN SPORE
