becos under iswaran ,,,all taxi stand dissapeared and waving for a taxi became impssible as I heard one taxi driver say its illegal...so everyone had to use the fone to call a taxi...
the only taxi stand remain are at the mrt station and big shopping mall..

Chee was the 2IC in the Transport Ministry...So it was procedural for him to take over when Iswaran came under CPIB investigation.
Far from being "jinx or very useless", me thinks he had performed very well given the severity of the recent MRT incident and how he kept the public informed and apologised for the disruption.
