The MIW needs to CYA(cover their your ass) in case any thing go wrong with the vaccination of young children....

Think the children will be pressured to be vaccinated. When they entered buildings, the security guards will need to check their ages. They can't join activities with those vaccinated in groups.

For children, the side effects are higher.
They come out with low dosage. The data monitoring board discovered that 2 doses are not effective.
US is changing the definition of fully vaccinated to 3 primary doses for mRNA vaccines. Their trials had changed recently for children to 3 doses.

Not effective as blood antibodies count.
but in the first place the Young and old are known to have lesser antibodies.

The 3 groups of people cannot be confined under the LAW, worse it is under duress.
Automatically, such consent from children is null & void under the law.
