Young employees want high salary so they must do 2 persons job.

S'pore is known for its competitive work culture with most employees working long hours and facing high expectations from their bosses. This leads to chronic stress and burnout. The emphasis on work in S'pore makes it difficult for most of us to maintain a healthy work-life balance. This may lead to feelings of exhaustion and resentment. We are often expected to excel in our careers and achieve high levels of success. This may create a lot of pressure and stress.

There is still a stigma associated with mental health issues in S'pore, which discourages many of us from seeking help or support when experiencing burnout. While mental health awareness is increasing here, there is still a shortage of mental health professionals and resources. This may make it difficult for many S'poreans to get the help they need. We even have S'poreans suffering from mental issues who conclude that we suffer from burnout because we are "pampered". LOL!

The high cost of living in S'pore adds to stress and anxiety for parents, as they may feel financial pressure to keep up with the family's expenses. The competitive education system puts a lot of pressure on students which contributes to burnout even before they start working. Yet some idiots conclude that most S'poreans are burned out because we are "pampered".

Our politicians only care for themselves so they go for economic growth at all costs, since their bonuses are pegged to how well the economy performs. The govt opens SG's doors to foreigners because only the people have to face competition from non-S'poreans for their jobs. The politicians do not!

S'poreans choose to migrate for many reasons. S'pore has a high cost of living, particularly for housing and cars. This can make it difficult for young people and families to afford a decent standard of living. S'pore is a small country with a large population, leading to limited space and high property prices. The Govt heaps even more hardship on it citizens by inviting foreigners into the already overcrowded country to take the white collar jobs of locals. Many citizens believe that they have better career prospects or job opportunities overseas, since the Govt favours foreigners and new citizens. S'pore is known for its competitive and fast-paced lifestyle while many of us prefer a slower pace of life and more leisure time. Govt policies discriminate against S'poreans who have to serve a mandatory national service while foreigners do not.

These are the 5Cs that are within the reach of S'poreans now:

1. Costly living in the most expensive city in the world
2. Complicated living in a country with so many constraints
3. Constrained by limited wages when everything is so expensive in S'pore
4. Challenging to cope with overpriced housing, cars, goods and services
5. Cutting corners in order to have any savings at all
