Kamal Kharrazi, the head of Iran's Strategic Council for Foreign Relations and chief advisor to Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, made a statement regarding Iran's nuclear doctrine, saying, "If Iran faces an existential threat, it may change its nuclear doctrine. We currently have the capacity to produce nuclear weapons."
